Villa Construction

Villa Construction

A villa is not a mass-produced dwelling. The slope of the land, the orientation of the sun, the view and the way a family lives all shape the design together. Creating designs that make life easier is one of our core principles.

Our Villa Service

  • Site assessment. Soil study, zoning status and development rights.
  • Architectural design. Plan solutions specific to the site and the client.
  • Structure and services. Structural system to current earthquake regulations, HVAC and smart-home infrastructure.
  • Turnkey construction. Single-contractor delivery from shell to finishes.
  • Landscape. Garden, pool, parking and surroundings.

How We Proceed

  1. Briefing. Defining the requirements and budget range.
  2. Concept design. Site and massing study with 3D visualisation.
  3. Detailed design. Architectural, structural, mechanical and electrical drawings.
  4. Permit. Obtaining the building licence from the municipality.
  5. Construction and handover. Production to the agreed schedule.

What We Watch For

The issues that most often cause regret in a villa are insulation, heating costs and wet-area detailing. We resolve these at the design stage and supervise them on site — because what we hand over is a home meant to last for years.

Let's discuss your villa

If you already own a plot we will survey it; if not, we will assess options together. Get in touch.

Frequently Asked Questions

How long does it take to build a villa?
It depends on the size of the villa, additions such as a basement or pool, the slope of the land and the chosen finishes. The permit phase and the construction phase are planned separately, and the schedule is shared in writing once the preliminary design is settled.
What permits are required?
The zoning status of the plot, a building permit, a soil survey and municipal approval of the designs are required. If the plot is not open to development, this must be clarified before purchase.
Can I build with my own architectural design?
Yes. We can review your existing design for feasibility, cost and regulatory compliance and undertake the construction. If you do not have a design, we run the process from architectural design onwards.
Are pools, landscaping and smart home systems included?
Yes — pool, landscaping, parking, boundary walls and smart home infrastructure can be planned within the same contract. Including them from the start matters: adding them later may mean undoing completed work.
