This site collects personal data only when you submit the contact form. Unless you submit it, no data identifying you is recorded.

4. Legal basis
Your name, e-mail, phone and message are processed on the basis of the explicit consent you give via the checkbox when submitting the form (KVKK Art. 5/1). The form cannot be submitted without it.
Your IP address and submission time are processed under our legitimate interest in keeping the site secure (KVKK Art. 5/2-f).
5. Method of collection
Data is collected through the contact form on this website, entirely by electronic and automated means.
6. Transfers
Your message is stored in the site database and delivered to our corporate mailbox. Accordingly, your data is processed only within the infrastructure of:
- our web hosting provider;
- our corporate e-mail provider.
Your data is not shared with any other third party. Disclosure may occur only where legally authorised public authorities so request, and only to the extent required by law.
7. Retention
Contact form messages are kept for up to 2 years after your enquiry is resolved, and deleted thereafter. You may request earlier deletion at any time (see section 9).
8. Cookies
This site uses no advertising or tracking cookies. Browsing the site as a visitor writes no cookie to your browser. A technical session cookie is used only for site administrators signing in to the management panel; it does not concern visitors and expires when the browser is closed.
9. Your rights under KVKK
Under Article 11 of the Law, you have the right to:
- learn whether your personal data is being processed;
- request information if it has been processed;
- learn the purpose of processing and whether the data is used accordingly;
- know the third parties to whom data is transferred, in Türkiye or abroad;
- request correction of incomplete or inaccurate data;
- request erasure or destruction under the conditions set out in the Law;
- request that such correction or erasure be notified to third parties;
- object to a result against you arising from analysis solely by automated systems;
- claim compensation for damage arising from unlawful processing.

You may submit requests concerning your rights by e-mail to 5gpanoramains@gmail.com or in writing to the address above. Your request will be concluded within 30 days at the latest, depending on its nature.
